Novo Fogo is an organic spirits company based in Seattle with its own distillery and cane fields in Southern Brazil.

Our lineup ranges from full-proof cachaça to canned cocktails and sparkling mate teas. We are carbon-negative and operate a reforestation project in the Atlantic Rainforest.
